Cantamus Girls' Choir

Auditions for girls aged between 9 and 13 are held each year for membership of the Cantamus Training Choir. From there, singers graduate into the main choir. Top prizes in overseas competitions (including World Choir Olympics) have been won since its inception in 1968 under its late director Pamela Cook, MBE, now conducted by Ann Irons, B.Ed. Choir is involved in approx. 20 concerts a year in widespread venues.
