BAC are looking for volunteers to help with their Supported Hospital Discharge Service in Mansfield.

The service helps people regain independence following a stay in Kings Mill Hospital, prioritising those with little or no support network.

We are looking for friendly out-going volunteers to help people regain independence following their stay in hospital.

Our volunteers provide safe and well telephone support calls or home visits for up to 6 week.

Volunteers will be given a full induction and then be partnered with someone based on availability and locality.

Volunteers can give as little as one hour per week to the service.
