PiP‑IF Community Grants: Capital Funding up to £10,000

Mansfield District Council and Mansfield CVS are offering capital grants of up to £10,000 for small-scale projects that deliver immediate, visible improvements to community spaces, public places and high streets across Mansfield district. All funded activity must be completed by 31 March 2027.

This grant programme is part of the national Pride in Place Impact Fund, a £150 million investment supporting up to 95 locations across England, Scotland and Wales. Mansfield has been awarded £1.5 million (2025–27) to deliver early, community-led improvements that strengthen pride, connection and local resilience.

The Community Grants focus on capital projects such as refurbishing community buildings, enhancing parks and public spaces, improving accessibility, revitalising high streets, repurposing underused buildings, environmental improvements and installing permanent equipment.

Eligible applicants include charities, CICs, constituted community groups, parish/town councils, not‑for‑profit organisations, public‑sector bodies (for community outcomes) and FE/HE institutions. Projects must take place within Mansfield district and involve local people.

A total of £100,000 is available and will be allocated on a rolling basis until fully awarded.
