Breathe Easy Mansfield and Ashfield, is a self help group providing information, support, friendship and social activities. Meetings are held on the 1^st Monday of the month at the Living Well Centre and John Eastwood  of every month. Any one with a diagnosis of Asthma, COPD, Bronchiectasis, Pulmonary Fibrosis or other respiratory conditions are welcome to attend. We have free sandwiches/soup and there is the voluntary tea bar for drinks also. We have guest speakers including Respiratory Consultants from Kings Mill Hospital, we run raffles, do crafts etc and it is a great way for people to meet others in the community.
