All walks are at the individual’s own risk.  Dogs must be on a lead at all times.

Suitable footwear is recommended, especially if it’s muddy.

Walk-and-Talk is a calm and social walking group where people chat, walk and enjoy the great outdoors.   Why not take the opportunity to get out and about in the fresh air with a small group of like-minded people. These walks are free to all and good fun. Just turn up at the meeting point, the first walkers arrive from about 10:30. Make yourself known to the walk leader and start chatting. There is no registration or details required. Then at 11:00 we start walking. Please be considerate to all other walkers by not being late.
