Literacy Volunteers

We currently work in Nottinghamshire, however we are also developing projects in Derbyshire and Leicestershire. Our Volunteers help children in early years settings, primary and secondary schools to have fun developing their reading and communication skills.

  • We give you training, support and travel expenses.
  • You give your time and regular commitment.
  • You get the pleasure of making a difference to a child’s life.

and to complement our mission

  • We now deliver courses and workshops in literacy related subjects, direct to a wide variety of schools, children’s centres and community organisations.
