New anxiety/depression group for Mansfield! |

The new group willl aim to encourage members to move forward and offer ways to manage their condition by sharing their experiences.Self help groups offer people the chance to talk to someone who understands their position and helps to support them on a personal level.The initial meeting is open to people interested in starting up a new group together,and discussing how they would like to involved. I hope this group will be beneficial to you-if you have any queries or would like to talk before the meeting, please do not hesitate to contact MCVS on (01623) 651177 The first meeting to talk about the new group will be at : 7.00pm on Wednesday 20th May 2009Community House, 36 Wood Street,Mansfield, NG18 1QA |
