Macmillan Beyond Diagnosis Service Cancer Care Coordinator

Role Summary

You will be providing community-based support through a Macmillan funded service. You will be primarily based in Nottingham City and Gedling, but may receive some clients across South and Mid Nottinghamshire. We offer support for a wide range of personal, practical, and emotional needs. We have inroads into local, regional, and national services that cater to our clients’ needs, getting creative when we need to. We do a Holistic Needs Assessment for each client, staying with them until they are either back on their feet or have the required support going forward. This service has a team of dedicated volunteers that amplify our impact, and whose work you will supervise with your clients
