Role Summary

£32,076 – £36,648 per annum

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team to provide support to both Ashfield and Mansfield District Council’s.

Are you organised, able to prioritise multiple tasks and projects?  Do you enjoy having a diverse workload where no two days are the same?

Working in a fast paced environment you will be responsible for providing proactive and effective HR support on a wide variety of employee relations and HR issues which will include disciplinary, grievances, absence management, service reviews, performance, recruitment and job evaluation.

You will be a minimum of level 3 in a relevant subject and extensive experience in face to face Employee relations work.
