You don’t need previous experience to become a community care assistant, as we provide full training. We have huge respect for all our staff and the work they do, but if you are a caring person who would like to make a difference, please apply today.
Responsibilities for this role include :
- Ensure the customers are at the heart of our care delivery.
- Personal care duties including supporting them with medication, dressing , eating and maintaining their hygiene.
- Shopping ,domestic and social tasks.
- Ensure that all of our customers wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing.
- Communicate with relevant colleagues, family members and organisations.
- Support customers to maintain their relationships and connections with the local community.
- To contribute to the efficient running of the service.
- Ensure Care Plans and guidance given on supporting our customers are followed and maintained.
- Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of the individuals we support.

Skills and qualities required
- No previous experience needed as full training provided
- Must be 18 or over
- Flexible working hours
- Must be available to work alternative weekends
- Wanting to make a difference in care
- Dedicated, caring, punctual and driven with a positive attitude
- Driving licence with access to own vehicle is required
- The right to work in the UK
