Responsibilities for this role include :

Ensure the customers are at the heart of our care delivery.
Personal care duties including supporting them with medication, dressing , eating and maintaining their hygiene.
Shopping ,domestic and social tasks.

Ensure that all of our customers wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing.
Communicate with relevant colleagues, family members and organisations.
Support customers to maintain their relationships and connections with the local community.
To contribute to the efficient running of the service.
Ensure Care Plans and guidance given on supporting our customers are followed and maintained.
Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of the individuals we support.
