Business Development Manager

Role Summary

Launched in May 2021, CT4N Charitable Trust is the new name for Nottingham Community Transport – a local charity that has been providing transport to community and voluntary organisations for over 40 years.

Over the last couple of years, the team at CT4N have been working with the local community, to reduce social isolation and provide support to individuals and groups through our range of accessible community transport services, especially to those who find the main bus and tram network difficult or impossible to use.

We also operate conventional bus services across the city (through our trading arm – CT4N Ltd) which foster community links and enhance mobility across Greater Nottingham. The trust and its trading arm form a substantial and dynamic operation with a £6m turnover.

We want to do more by expanding our range of services further and help even more people. We are now looking for a Business Development Manager to join us on a full-time basis, to promote our services, grow our business, attract more passengers and stakeholder partners, and to help us achieve our objectives. The initial priority will be to focus on the marketing of the accessible minibus services we operate for the local community, and to identify areas of growth and development both in Nottingham and the surrounding districts.

The role will also extend, in some instances, to general business development for CT4N. This is an exciting new opportunity for an enterprising and energetic person and offers a salary package between £34k and £36k.

To request a copy of the job description, or for further details as to how to apply, please email hr@ct4n.co.uk or call 0115 962 4260. The closing date for applications is Friday 15th July 2022
