S.H.E UK is a Mansfield based charity that provides a range of specialist support services to survivors of childhood sexual abuse and more recent sexual violence/rape. We offer telephone support for people waiting to start therapy with us – we offer a fortnightly call to offer emotional support, coping strategies and signposting; long—term 1:1 therapy either face to face or inline for up to two years; and our innovative SHE-roes lounge and peer group which runs each week. This female only group focuses on self-development courses during the mornings and the afternoons are for socialising and having fun!   We take self-referrals from anyone over 18 years old who lives within Nottinghamshire.
