We are a target archery club that is open to all of any ability, whether able bodied or disabled. We are open to anyone, male or female from age 8 upwards. We hold beginners courses for anyone who is interested in taking part. Beginners are coached by a fully qualified Archery GB coach and all beginners have the full use of the Club's equipment during lessons.
We shoot all year round at either our outdoor venue at King George V Sports Ground , Mansfield or at our indoor venue at Botany Ave, Mansfield.

I started working at Mansfield CVS aged just 18, initially as an admin apprentice studying a level 2 NVQ and later progressing to doing a “Higher” apprenticeship (NVQ level 3). It was my first job and when I began working here I had very low self-confidence and no practical work experience at all! Due to the nature of the work, helping other charities in the local area, and the lovely people I work with, I soon discovered I really enjoy working in the charity sector and would be very happy to have a career in it – something I had never considered prior to joining MCVS.
