The Japanese tradition of Shinrin Yoku has long been recognised as the ideal way to connect with nature, improve wellbeing and help people relax from the stresses of everyday life.

Time: 11 am – 12 pm

FREE ENTRY booking in advance is required on a first come first served basis in line with venue capacity.

Parking: Any standard parking area on site. Site entry or parking charges apply, including £2 walkers charge for entry to the site.
