Rhubarb Farm are a local charity working in partnership with NHS in Nottinghamshire. Their friendly team can help you access all kinds of free support for your mental wellbeing – from guided self-help at home, to one-to-one counselling with a trained therapist.

Rhubarb Farm also offer free 8-week therapeutic horticulture placements while you wait for NHS treatment, so you can dig, sow, and grow your way to wellbeing. You’ll meet likeminded people, learn new skills, and receive support from dedicated Rhubarb Farm staff.
