Do you want to be part of a dynamic and growing organisation that works to promote the safety and well being of women, children and young people affected by domestic violence and abuse? Nottinghamshire Women's Aid Limited are seeking to recruit a Female Supported Housing WorkerMinimum of 18 hours per week £21,519 to £22,221 per annum pro rata for part time, plus pension contribution.    

Based at the Farr Centre, Chapel Walk, Worksop, you will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the impact of domestic abuse on women and their children. As part of a team, you will provide a comprehensive service across Bassetlaw, Newark and Sherwood to families and single women living within the Supported Housing Scheme which is a dispersed accommodation based project.  A full driving licence and use of a car is essential.

Sessional Music Technology Tutor 

Take 1 deliver a range of training opportunities to both young people aged 14-19 and unemployed adults.  We are currently looking for a sessional Music Technology tutor to add to our team. 

The role of the sessional Tutor will be to deliver a range of music technology workshops and programmes, both accredited and un-accredited. We would welcome creative ideas that will engage and progress our learners. You will need experience in developing and delivering learning activities to socially excluded groups and hold a teaching qualification and membership of the Institute for Learning. You will also need to be experienced in using Apple Mac computers and associated software, as well as have a working knowledge of Reason and Logic.  You will also need to have experience of working recording studio equipment and some knowledge of PA and DJ set-ups.

Hours: Sessional hours vary from between 2 and 10 hours per week
